| The College of Professional
Studies is organized into the School of Health Sciences and the School of
Education. The college offers undergraduate and/or graduate programs in
nursing, health sciences, teacher education, speech pathology, audiology,
education of the deaf/hard of hearing, interpreting for the deaf/hard of
hearing and reading specialist. The majority of programs offered in this
college are accredited/approved by state and national organizations which

The School of Health Sciences collaborates across three colleges - the College of Professional Studies (CPS), the College of Liberal Arts (CLA), and the College of Science and Technology (CST). Together they provide undergraduate programs in nursing and speech pathology through CPS; medical imaging, pre-pharmacy, pre-physical therapy, pre-occupational therapy, medical technology, respiratory therapy, and pre-cytotechnology through CST. Graduate programs are available in nursing, school nurse, speech pathology and audiology through CPS, and exercise science through CLA. The program of study in nursing is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. The speech pathology and audiology programs are accredited by the National Speech, Hearing and Language Association. The speech pathology graduate program, which leads to the Pennsylvania Instructional Level I certificate, is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
